The NT ScoutRoom (www.ntscoutroom.com) is a non-commercial tool for the staff of the Taiwan (Chinese Taipei) national teams on hattrick.org (NT and U21). It is run by the Hattrick user -Ercolino-. It is not an official Hattrick product. For any question or request write a HT-mail to -Ercolino- on hattrick.org.
How we access Hattrick data
- Only through the official Hattrick CHPP interface, after you authorize the site on Hattrick (OAuth). We never ask for, see or store your Hattrick password.
- The access key Hattrick gives us is stored encrypted; only the update service can decrypt it, the website cannot.
- Data is downloaded automatically at most once a day per Hattrick page, at the time of each league's training.
What we store
- Your account: Hattrick user ID and login name, the encrypted access key, your language and your "Yes/No" tracking choice.
- If you say Yes to tracking: for your teams the training settings and staff levels; for your Taiwanese players the data Hattrick shows to the owner (skills, form, stamina, matches played, etc.).
- Taiwanese players eligible for the national teams: the public data that every Hattrick user can see (age, TSI, salary, specialty, team, transfer status, national team caps).
- Staff work: scout notes, lists, checks and targets written by the national team staff.
Why and who can see it
- Only to help the Taiwan national team staff follow and develop eligible players.
- Data is visible to the national team staff (coaches and scouts). A manager sees his own players and their targets; scout notes are not shown to the owner.
- We never sell, share or pass data to other sites, services or third parties. No advertising, no analytics.
Cookies
Only technical cookies: a session cookie to keep you logged in, and a cookie with your Hattrick user ID that makes the next Hattrick login faster. No tracking or advertising cookies.
How long we keep data
- Player data is kept while the player is followed by the staff; players removed by the staff are deleted from the site and no longer updated (staff notes about them are kept).
- Automatic backups of the database are kept for 14 days; the site administrator may also keep a private safety copy.
- If you say "No" to tracking, your private data is no longer updated. If you revoke the authorization on Hattrick (My Hattrick → Settings → CHPP / external products), your access key is deleted at the next update.
Your rights
You can ask at any time, by HT-mail to -Ercolino-, to see the data we have about you and your players or to delete it. We will answer within 30 days.
Hosting
The site and its database are hosted by Railway (railway.com). Connections use HTTPS.
This policy follows the spirit of the Hattrick privacy policy and offers at least the same protection. Changes will be published on this page.

Come accediamo ai dati di Hattrick

- La chiave di accesso che Hattrick ci dà è salvata cifrata: solo il servizio di aggiornamento può decifrarla, il sito no.
- I dati si scaricano in automatico al massimo una volta al giorno per pagina di Hattrick, all'orario di allenamento di ogni lega.
Cosa salviamo
- Il tuo account: ID e nome utente Hattrick, la chiave di accesso cifrata, la lingua e la tua scelta Sì/No sul tracking.
- Se dici Sì al tracking: delle tue squadre le impostazioni di allenamento e i livelli dello staff; dei tuoi giocatori taiwanesi i dati che Hattrick mostra al proprietario (skill, forma, resistenza, partite giocate, ecc.).
- Giocatori taiwanesi convocabili: i dati pubblici che ogni utente Hattrick può vedere (età, TSI, stipendio, specialità, squadra, vendita, presenze in nazionale).
- Lavoro dello staff: note, liste, Check e target scritti dallo staff delle nazionali.
Perché e chi li vede
- Solo per aiutare lo staff delle nazionali di Taiwan a seguire e far crescere i giocatori convocabili.
- I dati sono visibili allo staff delle nazionali (allenatori e scout). Un manager vede i propri giocatori e i loro target; le note degli scout non sono mostrate al proprietario.
- Non vendiamo, condividiamo o passiamo dati ad altri siti, servizi o terzi. Niente pubblicità, niente statistiche di visita.
Cookie
Solo cookie tecnici: uno di sessione per restare collegato e uno con il tuo ID Hattrick che rende più veloce il login successivo con Hattrick. Nessun cookie di tracciamento o pubblicità.
Per quanto tempo
- I dati di un giocatore restano finché lo staff lo segue; i giocatori tolti dallo staff vengono cancellati dal sito e non più aggiornati (le note dello staff su di loro restano).
- I backup automatici del database si tengono per 14 giorni; l'amministratore del sito può tenere anche una copia di sicurezza privata.
- Se dici "No" al tracking, i tuoi dati privati non vengono più aggiornati. Se revochi l'autorizzazione su Hattrick (My Hattrick → Impostazioni → CHPP / prodotti esterni), la tua chiave di accesso viene cancellata al primo aggiornamento.
I tuoi diritti
Puoi chiedere in ogni momento, con un HT-mail a -Ercolino-, di vedere i dati che abbiamo su di te e sui tuoi giocatori o di cancellarli. Rispondiamo entro 30 giorni.
Hosting
Il sito e il database sono ospitati da Railway (railway.com). Le connessioni usano HTTPS.
